The second is his vast experience with hundreds of buildings and many different neighborhoods in Chicago, giving him a significant edge in identifying and buying new properties, to help determine which ones will be profitable and safe, while still providing value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Based on this knowledge, Louie has evaluated several hundred potential deals for Chi Equities, and declined nearly all of them. This is due to his commitment to both investors and tenants to provide safe and clean housing apartments that produce significant returns.
