Chi Equities has officially launched! Our founder, Louie Santiago, wanted to start a real estate investment company with two primary goals:
- Provide real estate investors purchase opportunities in Chicago
- Connect with tenants who want a safe and reliable apartment
To accomplish this, Louie founded Chi Equities LLC. Chi Equities LLC operates out of Chicago, and is named after this great city that we all call home. Everyone on the Chi Equities team is excited to launch this site, and stay tuned for additional content!
